Grown on our farm and harvested at peak maturity, our eggplants are firm, glossy, and deep purple in colour. As a result, they offer a smooth texture and mild flavour with tender flesh. Because of this, they are ideal for grilling, roasting, and stews, and especially well-suited for traditional Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes.
